Studio Rules

All Rules Must Be Strictly Observed Unless Officially Stated Otherwise from the SongRites Operations Manager or Administrator.​

Conduct
​
1. No smoking allowed in the studio; clients or visitors who would want to smoke must leave the hospital building and do so only at the carpark downstairs. This rule must be strictly enforced on both clients and staff by whoever in the studio is in charge.

2. No use of drugs or substances that are not permitted by law under the active constitution of the Republic of Ghana within the studio.
​
3. Under no circumstance should any form of payments or financial transactions occur between clients and studio staff without the knowledge and consent of the administrator nor the operations manager. All trade secrets such as passwords to studio PC, Wi-Fi or the keys to the studio are confidential to the business and must never be given to clients under any circumstances.

4. All clients must be treated with full professionalism and respect. It's okay to be friendly in order to create a comfortable environment for the client but do not overstep! All unique communication / conversations between clients and staff in the studio concerning session scheduling, session requirements and session deliverables must be relayed to the operations manager by whomever receives the details of said conversation.

5. Studio Staff must have their staff tag on at all times during sessions and within the premises for easy identification and the studio door must always be locked whether it is occupied or not for the purpose of privacy, prevention of external noise from entering the studio and prevention of disturbance of the environment outside the studio.

6. If you are ever unsure about how to respond to a situation in the studio or premises, contact the either the administrator via the chat button on the bottom right corner of this site page or contact the operations manager.

Maintenance
​
7. For cleaning purposes, brown towel rugs have been provided in the bottom left corner of the white studio cabinet. Should they get too dirty or stained from excessive use, they must be rinsed/washed in the washroom on the 1st floor and dried before returning to the cabinet.
​
8. Access/use of all other items in the studio cabinet apart from podcast microphones and stored equipment such as cables, adapters and brown towel rugs provided for cleaning are strictly prohibited unless stated otherwise by the administrator or operations manager.
​
9. All equipment, surroundings and furniture in the studio must be kept clean and must always return to their default arrangements and positioning in the studio after every session. All electricals including sockets, AC switches and lights must be switched off and any used bottles, rubbers or packaging must be taken out of the studio to be discarded when closing for the day or stepping out.
​
10. Food is usually not allowed in the studio and by default, all food must be eaten in the staff cabin downstairs. However, in cases where clients are present and therefore, would be an inconvenience to leave the floor, eating should only be done away from the main black desk area and at the white table area after which any stains or food fragments must be cleaned and disposed properly.
